Refunds for Unused Clicks
If a Programmatic Job Ads order does not deliver every click you paid for, you get the difference back — at the rate you paid, without having to argue for it.
A prepaid click package only makes sense if undelivered clicks come back to you. They do. If you cancel an active order, or one expires at the end of its 90-day window with clicks still outstanding, the unused balance is refunded.
The arithmetic is deliberately simple and visible on the order itself: clicks remaining × the rate per click you paid. There is no restocking charge, no administration fee, and no proportion withheld.

01When a refund is available
While an order is active or paused and has clicks remaining, a refund of the undelivered balance can be requested from the order itself. The order page shows the exact refundable amount before you confirm anything.
An order that has delivered its full quota has nothing to refund, because you received what you bought. An order already cancelled and refunded cannot be refunded twice.
02What you get back
Exactly the value of the clicks you did not receive, at the rate fixed when you ordered — not at a later or averaged rate. If you bought 1,000 clicks at a given rate and 600 were delivered, the remaining 400 are refunded at that same rate.
Clicks removed by fraud and duplicate filtering were never charged in the first place, so they do not need refunding — they simply never left your quota.
03How and when it arrives
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within five to ten working days depending on your bank; the delay is the bank's, not ours, and Stripe shows the refund as issued immediately.
If you paid in a local currency, the refund is returned in that currency at the same exchange rate as the original payment — so exchange-rate movement in the meantime costs neither party.
04Expired orders
An order reaching the end of its 90-day window with clicks outstanding is a refund case, not a forfeiture. We would rather return the money than keep it on a technicality, and the order record carries the arithmetic so there is nothing to dispute.
If you would prefer to extend an order rather than take the refund, ask at [support@expertini.com](mailto:support@expertini.com) before it expires.
05Refunds on the ATS subscription
This page covers Programmatic Job Ads only. Subscriptions work differently: cancelling ends the plan at the close of the period you have already paid for, with no partial-period refund and no early cut-off — see Managing your subscription. The distinction is that clicks are a prepaid quantity you may not have received, while a subscription period is time you had full access to.
