Terms of Service

The plain-language rules for using Expertini ATS as a recruiter, employer, or agency.

These terms govern use of ats.expertini.com by hiring organisations and their recruiters. A separate, much shorter set of terms applies to candidates applying through the public application form, summarised at the end of this page.

01Accounts and plans

An organisation account is created by a recruiter/employer and belongs to that organisation, not to any one individual — owners can add or remove team members under their plan's seat limit. Plans (Starter, Growth, Professional, Business, Enterprise) each carry their own usage limits for CMS scoring, AI prompts, Resume Score checks, and Hiring Tools access, billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Job postings and applications are unlimited on every paid plan.

02Acceptable use

The platform may not be used to post fraudulent, discriminatory, or illegal job listings, to scrape or bulk-export candidate data for purposes outside legitimate hiring, or to attempt to circumvent plan limits or security controls. Accounts found doing so may be suspended without a refund of the current billing period.

03Confidential/agency postings

The Client CRM feature lets a recruiting agency post on behalf of a client without revealing the client's identity. This confidentiality is a product feature the agency controls (an opt-in masking setting), not a guarantee we can enforce against a client discovering their own role was posted — agencies remain responsible for what they represent to their clients and to candidates.

04Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewal but doesn't retroactively refund the current period, in line with standard SaaS billing practice. Plan usage counters (CMS scores, AI prompts, Resume Score checks) reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over.

05Data ownership

A hiring organisation owns the candidate and job data it creates on the platform. On account termination, that data is retained per our standard retention schedule (see the Privacy Policy) rather than deleted immediately, so a reactivated account doesn't lose its hiring history — deletion on request is available on contact.

06Liability

Expertini ATS provides scoring and screening tools as decision support — hiring decisions, and legal compliance around those decisions, remain the hiring organisation's responsibility. We're not liable for hiring outcomes, and the platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

Frequently asked questions

Do unused CMS scores or AI prompts roll over to next month?⌄

No — every usage counter (CMS scores, AI prompts, Resume Score checks) resets at the start of each billing cycle.

What happens to our data if we cancel?⌄

It's retained under our standard retention schedule rather than deleted immediately, so reactivating later doesn't lose your hiring history. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Do candidates agree to separate terms?⌄

Yes — a short consent statement on the application form covers data processing and account creation on the relevant country Expertini site; it's shown at the point of applying, not buried in this document.
